About

We built this to run our own business first.

AgroFlow isn't a product we built to sell before we trusted it ourselves. It's the system running MM Rooted Ventures' food products, solar-drying processing, and the platform itself — every day, under one login.

Where It Started

A family farm in Theni, run over WhatsApp.

MM Rooted Ventures grows GI-tagged Cumbum Panneer Thratchai dry grapes on a 4-acre family farm at Odaipatti, Theni, Tamil Nadu — land that's been in the family for three generations. Every order came in as a WhatsApp message. Every processing booking was a phone call. Every customer's history lived in someone's memory, not in one place. That doesn't scale past the first few dozen customers, let alone to other farmers who want the same thing we needed.

Why AgroFlow Exists

Built for us first. Opening next to other farmers and MSMEs.

01

Proven on a real business

Every order in AgroFlow ships a real GI-tagged product, packed under our own FSSAI registration. It's tested against our own operations before it's offered to anyone else's.

02

Built for how MSMEs actually sell

Most agro and lifestyle MSMEs sell over WhatsApp and Instagram, not through enterprise software. AgroFlow's multilingual interaction layer meets customers in whatever language they write in.

03

One login, three businesses

Food products, solar-drying processing services, and the platform itself all run through the same nine modules — proof that it holds up across more than one kind of operation.

The Team

A small, hands-on build.
