The 9 AgroFlow Modules, Explained

MM AgroFlow Blog · 17 July 2026

AgroFlow isn't nine separate tools bolted together — it's nine views into the same underlying client, order and processing data. Here's what each one does, in the order you'd actually use them.

1. Dashboard Overview

Total revenue, total orders, active customers and low-stock alerts at a glance, with revenue trend, product performance and regional performance charts underneath — the one screen you check first.

2. Order Management

Every order, searchable and filterable by customer, product or status, from a new WhatsApp order through to delivery. One record per order, not three inboxes and a notebook.

3. Lead Generation

Where every lead came from and the latest prospects in one list, instead of scattered across whichever app a customer happened to first message on.

4. Inventory

Stock levels for every product and raw material in one view, with an alert list for what needs attention before it actually runs out — not after.

5. Sales Analytics

Monthly revenue, orders and customer growth, revenue by product category, and revenue by state, with plain-language insights rather than just charts to squint at.

6. Task Manager

Today's tasks and overdue items, a calendar to plan ahead, and quick-action templates for the jobs that repeat every week — restocking, follow-ups, processing-batch checks.

7. Customer Reviews

Feedback from every channel in one place, with sentiment and key patterns surfaced automatically, so a complaint doesn't sit unseen in a chat thread.

8. Message Sender

Compose once, send to a whole customer segment — order confirmations, processing-status updates, restock alerts — without retyping the same message to twenty different chats.

9. AI Assistant

Ask a plain question about the business — sales this month, slow-moving stock, top customers — and get an answer pulled from live AgroFlow data instead of digging through screens yourself.

All nine run on the same login, with Admin, Staff and Viewer roles — which is the actual point: one system of record instead of nine disconnected habits.
